Dear Sir,

I was using the credit card of ABN Amro Bank long back. Since atleast 6 months I paid all the dues of this company (I have all the statements with me.) My payables were nil, so I called on the bank, their customer care no, etc & asked them to discontinue my service & send me a no dues certificate. The bank officials however dillydallied things, eventually I did not follow-up, but neither did I used the card anytime, I received zero bill many times, then two months back, i was shocked to receive a bill statement of Rs. - towards renewal fee. I immediately tore the card in four peices & wrote to the Bank my non acceptance of the statement, however next month I received yet another bill, only this time the bank was asking me to pay up Rs. 4000/- plus the late fee. Now I got the third bill with Rs. 4000/- plus late fee, total amount now stands at Rs. 5771.76.

Sir, we are literally being harrassed. I do not owe the bank a single rupee, I dont have the card still my bill is going up & recovery people keep calling my residence.

Please help me out of this.
