Bad behaviour from by phone executive

I'm a ABN AMRO Bank Freedom card holder. I called on 11th Aug (at around 1-30PM IST) from the USA to ABN AMRO- India-Kolkata number (91-33-4434 1111), the by phone executive (Name Rakesh) responded the call. I had problem in understanding the 'ATM PIN' and 'secured code' functions, so I had asked twice or thrice. Suddenly, he (Rakesh) got irritated and said 'Yea pagal to nahi hai? (Am I talking with a mad?)'. Ref no of this talk-00209233791. I never expect such nonsense on the ABN AMRO executive seat. I hope the whole conversation is well recorded and hope ABN AMRO should take action on such non professional happenings.
