Sir, this is vikas kumar sharma, resident of MEGHADRIPETA COLONY, KANCHARAPALEM, VISAKHAPATNAM beg to informed u that i ve given my mobile phone long back hardly one month happened and there wasn't any intimation further.i ve given my phone on 24 july and whenever i ask them about the phone, they make me to roam hear and there. Literally they are making me fool teling that your phone went to bangalore for repair. Again the next day when i visited, there are telling me some new story which is just a negligence towards the customer. They made us lot of harrsament, tell us to come on a particular day just to waste the time of customer.
So, i kindly request u to take some stringent action against it.hoping for a positive reply.eagly waiting for ur reply.
