Very poor customer service

Sir,

I bought a Sony Ericsson w580i Mobile phone on 04/08/08 . Just after nine month the set was dead...

Immediately I went to the sony ericsson service centre (Bably media, 106A, Raja Dinendra street, shyam Bazar, kolkata) on 28/05/09.

They said that the phone was dead and they told that it would be send Delhi as soon as they get it from sony ericsson company.

After two week i went to service centre. They said that the phone did not return form Delhi. Till now i did not get the phone and again said me that you will get the phone next week. They did not keep his word several time.

I am in Marketing job. Phone is very essential for me. So please do something for me that as soon as i will get the phone.
