" HI! YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE DELNEWS HAS BEEN AUTO RENEWED. NOW ENJOY THE SERVICE." FROM THE NO 53030 FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM THE NO 64611010 SAYING " YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR (SM_102_SMS_SUBDELNEWS, IVR Voice) SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE ON AIRTEL IVR . YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 10/- "
AIRTEL IS CHARGING RS 10/- FOR 3-4 TIMES A MONTH BY SENDING SUCH STUPID MESSAGES TO MY MOBILE. NO OF TIMES I HAVE REQUESTED TO THE CUSTOMERCARE CENTRE TO STOP DEDUCTING THIS AMT BUT ALL IN VEIN. FINALLY WHEN I WAS FED OF ALL THIS, I PERSONALLY VISITED THE AIRTELSHOP AT M-BLK, CON PLACE, NEW DELHI. I GAVE A COMPLAINT IN WRITING ON 13-10. AIRTEL PEOPLE SITTING THERE, ASSURED ME THAT FROM THAT DAY ONWARDS AIRTEL WILL NOT SEND SUCH STUPID MESSAGES AND NO MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR DEL NEWS SUBSCRIPTION. REF NO FOR THIS COMPLAINT WAS 781466120 DT 13/10. BUT TO MY SURPRISE ON 22-10 AGAIN I RECEIVED THE SAME MESSAGES .
I WANT AIRTEL TO BE PENALISED FOR SENDING ME SUCH MESSAGES . THE CO SHOULD WAIVE ALL THE CHARGES IMPOSED ON THIS AIRTEL NO AND STOP DOING ALL THIS RUBBISH IN FUTURE.
