Hi,
I m issued with a credit card of ABN AMRO bank but never used that card.
Once their customer care called me and issued me a cheque. But in return i called them and said that i m not in need of the money. They said if u dont use it it ll be invalid after 45 days.
The statement they send included the taxes i didnt understand.
In regular interval they r calling me and asking for the money that i have never used and it is aroud Rs2100.
Again they have called me and said the file they ll send to civil which i m not aware of.
This is more than enough tolerance and its disturbing me in my work and family life as if it is a mental torture.
Please help me and suggest what to do.
