This is regarding the fraud transactions happened using my ABN AMRO credit card on 17th Aug 09. I already raised the dispute with complaint No.210172776, and also sent a letter as suggested by ABN AMRO customer care. But I am still suffering with ABN AMRO Bank card till date. ABN AMRO Customer care is telling that since Rs. 3706 transaction is not resolved in my favour, so I need to pay for the fraud transaction, for which I am not responsible.
Seeking help to check the unfair practice of ABN AMRO Bank.
