Undue charges against my credit card

Respected Sir,

As per telephonic talking to Miss Vidhya & Mr. Jadhav which are employee of J.A. Credit Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Authorised recovery agent of ABN Amro Bank (Credit Card). They were suggesting me to settle due amount on above referred card for Rs 4750/- (Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty only).

I also request for cancellation of above both credit card immediately. Amount will be pay on receipts of full & final settlement letter from your end.

But they were reply me that first pay the minium due amount & then give me settlement letter. How it can be possiable?
