Pen drive not working

I am an engineering student studying currently at ghaziabad. i have purchased a pen drive of moserbaer 16 GB in MAY from nehru place delhi at present time my pen drive is not working at all. i am unable to locate any service centre in ghaziabad so please help me in the best possible way as soon as u can
