Recharging through Internet

My wife tried reaching my phone thorugh her friends Internet online banking. The amount of Rs. 250/- has been debited in the account however the phone has been recharged for only Rs. 50/-. I already have the validity for next one year only the balance was required.

Me and my wife tried calling customer care to know the details, but all these calls have not resulted into fruitful solution. The mail was also sent at [email protected] but no reply has been received till now.

Pls let me know how the details of balance amount could be recived
