Handset Service

Hi All

I have purchased Mot handset EM-325. in DEC 08.After 15 days I found prob in set. I went Service Centre they said U will get new handset in replacement... but Y know wnt they did they took around four month and gave second handed set..I didnt say anything becoz I though at leastI got .but againg After 1 month of use I found problem and till tody my handset is in service centre..they said their is prpb in circle afitrer in connector I think Even They dont know wht they are doinig... Even manager of service centre is not replying prperly... he is not receving cll and cuts my cll...

I don't know wht to do... U hav any Idea Plz Suggest me...
