UNIT REPLACEMENT

I have purchased Moto Rokr E6 mobile on Nov'07 from Universell for Rs.11500/-, Initially for 2 months mobile is working fine, after that i'm facing problems with the handset and accessories.

This is reported to the Motorola authorised service centre's and they had given me a interim solution.

Over 1 month and 1/2 i was facing problem in the total operating system of my mobile and i was contacted Authorised service centre - Redigtonton India Ltd, Alwarpet on 2nd May'08.

They have registered the complaint vide Work order No. MA/MO/08/01247 and informed to me to call next day.

When i tried to call back they responded stating that the total unit is problem and they have requested for a unit Replacement (Mobile Handset).

Till date i'm getting the same message from them stating that they have sent mail the company for the replacement and they haven't replied.

Required your support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
