DEFECTIVE PRODUCT NOT BEING REPLACED

I HAD BOUGHT MOTORAZR FROM MOBILE STORE ON 2ND MARCH . THE PRODUCT WAS A DEFFECTIVE ONE, THE PROBLEMS OF WHICH I HAD NOTIFIED TO THE STORE THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY HAD REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT FOR ME, FOLLOWING WHICH I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT THE SERVICE CENTRE ' REDINGTON INDIA PVT LTD, OPP. ETHIRAJ COLLEGE, EGMORE, CHENNAI -105, INDIA'. THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE EVEN THOUGH I HAD BROUGHT IN THE DEFECTIVE PIECE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ITS PURCHASE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM
