ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card and supreme plus offer

I hold an ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card (number 5415 3823 2958 7596). I lodge following 2 complaints:

(i) last month for billing payment I dropped a cheque of Bank of India on April 30, the last date of payment. This month in the billing statement I have been penalized by Rs. 600.00 as the late fee on May 5. If your payment collection becomes delayed after the due date being over, I wonder why the customer like me will be penalized!!!

(ii) A few months back I had to receive recurrent phone call from one of officers, insisting me to take supreme plus offer. I have had to tell at the last to send all paper documents. He told me if the offer is sent to me and I have the option to take or not to take this even after receiving it. They had sent some vouchers, that I had never used it. After I took the decision not to take this offer and called your customer care and told them about my decision

Inspite of all my honest effort every month in my billing statement the amount on A/C of Freedom card, as remaining due is being shown in the bill and I am paying interest, every month.

If these two problems are not immediately resolved, and I get continuously harassed, in the way, I will have no other alternative than to discontinue holding this card.
