Sir/Ma'am,
This is to bring it to your kind notice that i hvnt received my monthly statements for the last 3-months, and the same has been brought to the notice of your credit card department everytime i called in or i got a call from your side. But to my dismay i never got the statements as promiced over telephone. Moreover, my email id was also been repeatedly told so as to fasten the whole process but never got any responce to it. And because of this delay in mailing of my statement to my residential address i had to take the brunt of unnecessary late-payment fees month after month. Please do take necessary steps so that i'm releaved of your provided service as early as possible. Last but not the least may i know the process of deactivating / cancelling my abn-amro card?
