Poor after sale service

Dear friends,

I have bought brand new Motorola-Q9 on 14/06/09 from authoridsed centre at Borivli, Mumbai. it got faluty and i have taken it to motorola Service centre at Mira road on 27/06/09 (Siddhivinayak Teleservices

107, D Wing, Shanti Shopping Center, Ground Flr, Nr Railway Station, Opp Shanti Enclave, Mira Road (E), Mumbai - 401107

Tel : 022 32100600 / 9322039). Checking the fault they told me that it will take nearly 8 days to get it repaired. Till date i havent received my phone and it is yet to be repaired. it has being 13 working days.

i use a standby mobile asked from my friend and have to be obilged for rest of life to him.

Please note: take strcit action against Motorola company for providing me faulty mobile phone.
