Frequent calls at odd hrs

Insipte of telling your agents that we do not require the current offer of balance transfers i am getting call from your agent MR. P Kannan from yesterday for more than 10 -15 times till today. When I asked him to transfer the call to his manager he gave the phone to his friends and were talking all rubbish talks. They said that you cannot make a complaint me stating that many person as the same name in this office

It is really irritating. Yesterday they did the same to my wife. She did mention that he is not intrested but they said "it will be better if i talk to your husband, have your command only to him and not to us" They were talking in tamil and english

Please take action before i Complaint it to the police. Also I have taken a print copy of this letter for futher reference.
