Still awaiting for my product

Thsi is the shame that from last 01 month i m cahseing for my product which is still pendind.

I placed the order on 23rd Dec which had been recd on 29th Dec which was the damage product & i had been returned teh same on 07th Jan & from 7th Jan i m awaiting for my parcel.

Kindly confirm that when i will get the same.
