Clarification reg Gas Booking Token

Sir

I am a bonafide consumer of M/S Domestic Gas Agency (INDANE), Aliganj, Lucknow. Recently my Gas Booking Slip booklet was exhauted which is normally available for Rs10/only. When i demanded the same they told me to purchase a new Indane-built Gas pipe, which according to said Agency is more safe (costing Rs 150/). I told i have a safer one installeed back home. My Agency people are not issuing me Gas Booking Slip, unless i pay them Rs.160 (cost of Gas pipe plus Rs.10 for slip). I am told this is mandatory from the INDANE Co. Kindly do let me know the facts. If no, then kindly instruct them to sissue me the Gas Booking Slip.
