I booked a flat with M Tech Developers P Ltd in Oct. 2006. Later in Nov I decided to get the refund of my money (Rs129600/) as no significant construction was done in two years. I applied for refund along with my original receipt and all other required documents as per their list on 21.11.2008. Till date I have not received any amount despite my numerous reminders. They always ask me to wait for some more months as they have shortage of money. I want to get back my hard earned money as early as possible. Kindly help.
