Refund of Money

Dear Sir,

We are valuable customer of yours, we purchase M.T.O from your panipat depo and Our I.D. is 171541 but in financial year 07-08 we have deposited an excess amount of Rs. 5, 759.00 which is also showing in your ledger also Rs. 5, 759.00. We have requested you many time to refund that amount but you always Ignore and without any prior information you stopped supply to us.

Once again we were requesting you kindly refund us our excess amount.
