Refund of Earnest Money of Rs.10, 000/- against ISA New Code No.3001104551

Kindly refer to Reliance Industries Ltd. Reference No.300114551 dated 17-09 transferring all right and obligations under the Agreement to Reliance

Communnication Infrastructure Ltd.(RCIL).

On 7th September I received a statement showing a Recovery of Rs.10, 107.99 against Demo Handset. In this regard it may mentioned that no handset has been issued against my name. When no Demo handset has been issued against my name. What short

of recovery has been shown against Earnest Money.

Hence no amount has been pending against my name.

It has been noticed that amount of Rs.10, 107.99 has been pending against telephone No.35232488 in the name of Mr. Pradeep, C-1177, Sangam Vihar, Delhi-110062.

In view of the position explained above I request you to kindly refund of Rs.10, 000/-as earliest money at the earliest.
