I have bought Mustek CCD Handycam through SBI credit card. There are three time, i have sent for service within 1 year. in 1st instance the battery has not charging perfectly, in the 2nd instance not able to get picture and video (got struck up) on 3rd instance power on/off switch locked inside. Still there is no reply from their service center from last month about the service of the product.
