Hello sir,
after the successive calls from the executives (tele-callers) of myway-interactive video services, i responded them and obeyed to take their connection on deposit of rs 1500 on 11-07, till date i haven't got any information from them, whether they are going to install my set-top-box or if any technical /manual or any other issues they are facing they have to inform the customer, that is their least manner to be maintained, BSNL services are really poor service.
