Irresponsibility of ajmer nokia care

Respected sir,

I m one of the retailer of Nokia handsets n also i personally uses NOKIA handsets.

three months ago i sold these handsets to two of my customers respectively. After using some time

there was a problem of no network available occured. For maintaining higher customer satisfaction

i personally send these two handsets to ajmer (rajasthan) nokia care. As i got these handsets from customer care after 5 days the same problem existed in both handsets.

Again i sent these handsets to same nokia care. But I got both of handsets without repaired after a long period of 45 days. For ur kind information both were in warrenty period.

I have my shop in rural area n handling customers in this type of area is different to cities.

Also investing money in this type of costly handsets is not a easy task for a rural customer which he could'nt use so long period.

Also frequently comencement of this types of problems make loose loyalty in Brand like NOKIA.

It w'd definetely can affect the market share of NOKIA.

This type of problem is not only my problem, it can be a problem of thousands of retailers like me.

Plse take action n revert me quickly. The working of ajmer nokia care in not proper.

Expecting a finite solution...

Also arrange some e-mail id of concerning authorities.
