KEY PROBLEM

I had given my hand set (N96) to your authorized service center "Paramount Service, Indu Bhawan, Opp. Jorhat Fire Bridgade Station, Jorhat Assam PIN- 785001 on 04.06.2009 (JOB SHEET NO. 32077).

But till date i.e. after elapse of more than 1 & 1/2 month also your authorized service center is not being able to repair the handset.

Being a market leader in manufacturing mobile hand sets and in top end models like N96, I was expecting quality products from Nokia. But the performance of the model is not at all satisfactory.

You urgent kind intervension is requested.
