Below is a letter written to naaptol.com consumer support, till date no correspondence has been done till date. They are lingering around the issue. I requested you to help me in this regard

I purchased "E-Phone Ultra Slim Multimedia mobile" from your website
www.naaptol.com. I received the product on Oct 14. The set was found to be
defective and I immediately called your customer service department on the same day
and registered my complaint. As I further inquired about the procedure, I was told that I
have to send the set back to your office for further necessary action. To this I protested
and asked for refund as per the following clause on your website in the Customer
Support Section (URL: http://www.naaptol.com/faces/components/order/trackOrder.

l The request for replacement/refund of the product shall be done within 10
business working days. Courier person will come to your residence for pickup
of defective product and provide you AWB no. or else you can courier the
product to the address of Naaptol in seal packed condition through following
couriers only like Bluedart/FirstFlight/Expressit/Elbee/TNT/AFL .
l The request for exchange of the product shall be done within 10 days of receipt
of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement
product incurred to you.
l Product will be replaced within the warranty period only.""
For your reference, I asked your representative to arrange PICKUP service, but courier
person has not come to me till date.
Now, its been more than 15 days since your representatives are lingering about the issue.
And even they are not providing any details about the organisational setup of your
company. I also warn that your company is not following the regulations of RTI Act
2005. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly refund my money. Hope my request
will be entertained and necessary action will be taken immediately, so that I don t have
to unwilling drag the case to media or consumer court.
