Non receipt of DNA subscription

I had a sales person visit residence offering me a DNA Newspaper subscription for 1 year, which I took.

I was promised the subscription would start from November which then got delayed to late December but now even after the DNA has rolled out their editions for Bangalore, I am yet to receive.

Whom should I complaint now? Am I cheated by DNA?
