I HATENETSETTER... DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA SIRJI!!!???

I hava got myself the new idea netsetter connection and now i am facing the circumsatnces of my wrong decision i ever made.

i was promised the best speed in internet but its the worst i ever experiences, i short its really really very very slow...

i dont know what to do, the idea costomer service is very bad as they no more take any action to my new complaints, they dont even give me my refund...

please help!!!
