I am a regular passenger of MRTS, I am coming from Avadi to Thiruvanmiyur daily. In Thiruvanmiyur Railway Station, there is no maintenance. passengers waiting shed fully dumbed with waste papers and plastics wastages, there is no cleaning at all, Only one fan is availble for Passengers' waiting shed. That also not working regulary, Escalator they are istalled, but not working, the railway Platform in third floor only. Aged persons they can't use the starecases. Lift also avialable, some of the days only it is working,
Is station master available in Thiruvanmiyur?
Toilet facility is there, but not in usable range, drinking water machine also they are installed, but no water. These are the minimum requirements, these also not available in station. atlease railway can allow to install some shopes, like snacks, teashopes.
