Excess Billing

My K.No is-36404047449D Block No-0704062 District Model Town, Zone -Mukherjee Nagar, Cycle 8. I am getting excess bill from last two month (Sep.& Oct). Hence I am very upset. Earlier I have all ready made complain but nothing happend. It si a domestic connection and this heavy bill is a great burden for me. How I will pay?
