Dear Sir / Madam,
This is kumar but sorry to complaint against BEST. Since i am working in sakinaka i used to travel from dombivili my residence to kurla. from kurla i used to catch the bus route no 332 to get down at VIJAYPRINT but during the morning time from 9am to 10.30am we are unable to get the bus since there are no frequent availability and the same during returning in the evening among 10 buses 1 or 2 bus halt at the busstop others just flee as they think they are running on the airport runway. Hope you will take necessary steps thus to help me and many other nagriks like me to reach office and home by time.
would be thankful for earlier action against this complaint.
