The whole city is missing from indian post office

Dear Sir,

Today i sent my employee to post a "Speed Post" to CALICUT - Kerala, at "Rambaug Post Office - Maninagar-Ahmedabad". The Speed Post Counter person replied that, he can not accept the envelope as CALICUT city is not in his system, even the post code does not exsist.

Can you believe it? this person is working in Post department and didn't even know that the whole city of CALICUT has been vaporised from the country.
