New Connection, Not activated so fa

Hello,

I have paid for new Broad band connection, the instalation was completed. Boradband is not activated. There is no dail tone extra.

Therer is No comounication now with your any of the staff concerned after 31st Dec.2008. I was not even given the copy of the connection applied as no custmorcare telephone number is given.

I am hepless to even talk to you on my own expanse.

Take action urgently or some body to talk at 9868752738 to resove the matter as early as possible.
