I have booked a packet containing one Saree weighing less than 500 gms. vide your consignment Note No.214608292 dated 22.11.2007 to the addressee "Sh. A.K. Aravindakshan, "Nandanam" Ambalatu (House), Ananyikal, Porkalangadu (Po), Kunnamkulam (Via), Trichur (Distt), Kerala (State), Phone : 04885226466 & Mob. No.09446036317. But after elapsing almost two months neither me nor your agency could find out the whereabouts of the consignment. Your office bearers also not giving a satisfactory reply. In this connection I have made so many complaints in your customer care cell but no fruitful action has been taken. So I would kindly request you to please arrange to return back the consignment without any further delay or give me a suitable compensation for this.
