No confirmation of Order placed

I had placed an order for the book titled ' Blood of the Earth: The Battle for the World's Vanishing Oil Resources' on 19th January '09 (Order No. 68559). The status message still shows that the order has

not been approved and I have not received any confirmation mail too. The payment transaction has been registered in my card statement.
