Complain for the DVD Write

I purchased a acer laptop Travelmate 4720 from Durgapur (Computer City) My Laptop Slno is LXTK50C0468291D9382000 on 26 oct

but my DVD writer is not working so I registered a Complain in Acer Customer Care on 18-oct

my Case ID is 102309 - 495 that time my warranty didn't lapsed but i didn't got the Replacement of DVD Writer

Now they telling that your DVD SerialNo. doesn't match with the product.

Now what i can do if there is not a match then why should i can suffer for this type of mistake

now they tell them your warranty is lapsed so your product can't replaced

so, respond as soon as possible, other wise i have to move to Consumer Forum
