NDPL is wrongly calculating the current demand and is fleecing the people of Delhi at large. The consumer is entitled to subsidy by the Govt but the subsidy is not being deducted from the current demand and the benefit is not passing on to the consumer. There is no Net current demand is current demand -subsidy. The matter is of grave concern and the press /media /forums need to take it up to logical conclusions.
