Sub: Extra ordinary delay in Police Verification.
Sir,
My son Ajin Zacharia has applied for a passport on 12.08.2209.The file No. is A0439759 and Key No. is 6504397509 in group A, and he paid Rs.1000/(Rs. One Thousand only) towards fees by cash at Regional Passport office at Bhikaji Cama Place on 12.08.2009.
I regret to inform that almost 35 days have passed, till date nobody has come to my house for Police verification.
My son is an Engineering graduate, and he got an opportunity to try for Job abroad and he need the passport urgently to try for the job..
Therefore, you are requested to please intervene your good office to get his police verification done as early as possible to enable him to get the passport at the earliest possible and oblige. Attaching the cash receipt for ref.
