Incorrect supply

I take Times of India One year offer. I paid Rs. 310. My offer starts on 1st Sep. 2008 still I am not getting regularly their news paper. I complaint many times to Times of India office, Hyderabad [040-23355335 Extn-4223] they did not respond on my complaint. I request them Please return my paid amount.
