Dear Sir/ Madam
I have spent 40, 500 Rupees on Sony LCD & Sony Home Theater System (Combo Offer) at Next Showroom (Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad) on 16th October.
Since they didn’t have Sony Home theater System as per my requirement, they delivered me only LCD.
Today 18 days has been passed, they are not capable to deliver either Home Theater System or Money. Also they provided me an Archived model of Sony LCD.
During the festival season I might get discount offer of rupees 2000 on this combo offer. But due to irresponsibility of this center I could not get this chance.
I have made lot of phone calls and personal visits for the resolving my problem, despite that still I am not satisfied. I want to take back my invested amount of rupees 12, 500.
You are requested to solve my problem immediately.
