Refund not yet received

Hi

I have applied for 350 shares @ Rs. 36 each amounting to Rs. 12600.00 through application no. 82365590, but the same were not allotted. However, I'm still awaiting for the refund.

Also please note that refund order downloaded from website of Karvy, which states the wrong name MOHIT ARORA instead of MOHIT SETHI and also states the wrong address JASYE, HARI ENCLAVE, HARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110064 instead of JA-54E, HARI ENCLAVE, HARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110064.

Could you please look into the matter.
