I have applied for NHPC IPO under employee quota scheme vide application No 1013605 along with a cheque no 534056 for rs 182700 of SBI. Amount has been withdrawn from the bank ON 14.08.09 but no shares issued so far. Later on an acknowledgement cum acceptance has been jointly signed between ‘me and Karvy Broking Limited’ and karvy Broking Limited agreed to give shares on or before 25.09.09. Till date no shares issued in favour of me nor the amount been refunded.

I contacted the Karvy office, Siliguri Branch, so many times and met with the in charge Shri Jitendra Kumar Mishra. I issued two letters also dated 09.10.09 and 17.11.2009 for refund of amount due to the non allotment of shares within 25.09.09. But till date no refund has been received in my bank account.
