Wrong words used by your executive

I got a call from your executive around 11:10 am on 25.04.09, regarding confirmation of someone's address, I asked her why she is confirming the same from me she put off the phone using some bad

words like nonsense etc. I would like to know how your employees dare to talk like that. I shall take

a strict action against the same if you don't take any action against such emplyee and inform me about the same.
