PF form resending third time

This is to bring to your notice that I Mr Vicky Rao has being Following with your PF Dept since Sept08 for which my company has already submitted the PF form at the Delhi Nehru place office and to my shock every time they have this answer that the PF form has been returned twice where my company replies that they havent received any form from them and there shouild be a valid reason for the form not excepted? if my form was incomplete the office will not send it to pf dept logic! and this is the third time i am sending my form directly to them. My Acc number is DL/29438/5133.and iwas working with NIS-SPARTA, every time i use to call PF office they would only tell that the form is returned back but dnt know when, means dnt u have any proper register maintain which shows you in coming and outgoing document backup.

there are very rude, mannerless and not worth to be there its an employee right to know thier pf status and if this time it happens the matter is going to be very worse in terms of legal things
