I have purchased a NKTEL Mobile M2800 model a year back, but unfortunately its camera is not working after a month, the softwere use in this handset is not compitable with Indian software it cannot recognised the phonebook name otherwise they are loaded with STD or ISD code. No service centre are not found in West Bengal (India) so it cannot be repair here and it speaker volume and listener volume is very feeble.
