I had purchased Nokai 7610 Supernova EMIE no 356388024499948 on 27th October. This mobile had faced the problem of Button not working. So i gave the phone to the nokia care centre, i got it repaired in two days time. The same problem came again after 1 month so i again gave it to the care centre. They resolved and said that the same problem will not happen again. The same problem has come for the 8th Time. This time i clearly tolad the nokia care centre that I want a replacement since the cell has been detected with the same problem for 8 times that means that there is a manufacturing defect. Other that this they have also damaged the cell cosmetically. The cover now looks like the phone is used for 3 years. Along with this comlaint i am also planning to launch a PIL against Nokia in the consumer court.
