Dear sir,
i purchased the model 1208 nokia mobile IMEI No.358098013460060 from NOKIA priority dealer H.O, Cellular World, 40/2908 A 20 (a), Penta Menaka, Shanmugham Road, Kochi.31, Kerala, India on 14-01. Just after two weeks the handset shows the complaint that it becomes in off position and while charging it shows not charging. i have shown the handset in the nokia care centre and they informed that the battery is complaint and replaced it. But the handset not returned in its perfect condition it shows the complaint again. i contacted the dealer, from where i did get it and informed since the handset is a new one and it became bad in its earlier days, the same is to be replaced by a new handset, but they did not care to do so and suggested me that i should contact the nokia co. directly. that is why i sent this complaint . being an unsatisfied customer i hope that my grievance will be solved by the nokia co. at the earliest other wise i will be forced to take necessary legal actions against the concerned parties.
