Re: Starting Problem and Tuning Problem
On 04-09-08 I get my Honda Activa scooter serviced form Parkash Autormobile, D-2, Sector-10, Noida with complain that starting trouble in scooter wide Service Invoice No-08IW07985 dated 04/09/08. The following spare parts they have changed along with service.
Element comp Air/ 17211-KPL-841
Element Sub Air/C 18805-KPL-900
But after service scooter start troubling again with the following complain.
1 Once scooter start it automatically running without accelerator.
2 Second once scooter running normal/speed accelerator slow down creating pathaka sound (Missing)
I have visited parkash automobile three to four times to solve the problem, on 13-09-08 they have changed the spark plug wide Invoice No-08IP03102 Dated 13/09/08. But problem not being address properly they have taken very causally which resultant that I spended 1-2 hours on every visit but all in vain.
So I have took the scooter to Malwa Motors (P) Ltd for repair. They have changed Valve Assy, Air Su 18600-KPL-902. Pathaka problem has been soloved. But my first problem stand still. Again on 22/09/08 visited Malwa Motors (P) Ltd to rectify the problem but they have changed the following spare parts wide Job Card no-08JC1108 Dated 22/09/08

12391-occ-000 Gasket Head Cover
12211-KPL-900 Holder cam shaft
I have spend whole day to repair the scooter But problem not being solved. Now they have say Tappet valve has to be changed which is costing Rs.1500 approximately which is time consuming Total money till dated I have spended Rs.2000 and valueable time for this I have taken Four half days leaves. Inspite that are as under.

Both service center giving bad name to Honda Motor Co without any requirement they have changed the spares which has nothing to with this problem. So therefore my request is that please depute your engineer to examine the scooter so that actual problem to be rectified.
