Fault in new product

Hi, i bought a new nokia 1650 mobile on 08/06/08 and found that when i activate screen saver it gets restated .then i replaced it with a new phone immediately and the another one also having same problem, after that i cheked a few mobiles of other people and all have same proble.

Please suggest how can i get the issue resolved.
